All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products and custom tuning services, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

This includes:

• OTS (Off-The-Shelf) maps

• Custom remote tuning services

• Digital downloads

• Add-ons and tuning features

If you experience an issue, we will work with you to resolve it, but refunds will not be issued.

In the rare case that a product was not delivered, please contact us and we will ensure proper delivery.
