GENERAL
What cars do you tune?
We specialize in Subaru platforms, including FA20, FA24, and select ECU systems like Haltech and Link.
Do I need an Accessport?
Yes, all Cobb-based tuning requires a Cobb Accessport. Standalone ECUs (Haltech, Link) do not.
How long does tuning take?
Most tunes are completed within 2–5 business days depending on revisions and response time. If there isnt a problem with the car. But all depends on the timeframe of receiving logs.
REMOTE TUNING
How does remote tuning work?
You’ll receive a base map and instructions. You flash the map, send logs, and we revise until the tune is complete.
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited revisions until the car is dialed in safely and consistently.
What do I need before starting?
A healthy car with no mechanical issues and all installed mods working properly.
OTS MAPS
What is an OTS map?
Off-the-shelf maps are pre-tested calibrations for common bolt-on setups.
Do OTS maps include revisions?
No. OTS maps are fixed and designed for standard setups only.
What mods are supported on OTS maps?
Intake, exhaust, intercooler, AOS, and fuel pump only.
What requires a custom tune?
Turbo upgrades, injectors, flex fuel, HPFP, or any non-standard setup.
REVISIONS & LOGS
How do I send logs?
Follow the logging instructions provided after purchase and send logs via email or support.
What if my car runs lean or has issues?
Immediately let off the throttle and contact us. Do not continue driving aggressively.
Why is my tune taking longer?
Delays usually come from incomplete logs, mechanical issues, or slow response times.
FUEL & MODS
Do you tune for ethanol (E30/E60/E85)?
Yes, but only under custom tuning.
Can I switch fuels later?
No. Each fuel type requires its own calibration.
Do I need a flex fuel sensor?
Yes, for proper flex fuel tuning.

Are tunes refundable?
No. All tuning services and digital products are final sale.
