Common Support Questions

How long does support usually take?

Most support responses are handled within 24 hours during business days. More complex setup or log review questions may take longer.

Where do I send logs?

Send logs through your normal support contact method and include your order details, map version, and a short description of what the car is doing.

What should I do if the car runs lean or feels unsafe?

Let off immediately and stop aggressive driving. Do not continue testing the car. Send logs and a description of the issue as soon as possible.

Can you help if I ordered the wrong product?

Contact support before using or downloading any files. Digital products are final sale once delivered or accessed, so it is important to reach out first.

What if I have a mechanical issue during tuning?

Mechanical issues must be resolved before tuning can continue. Boost leaks, fueling issues, sensor problems, and hardware faults will delay the process.
