1. How is the E-Tune process done?

The tuning process is normally like the following:
Send base map and follow instructions
Send back the log and wait for a newly revised map
Download the new map and follow the instructions and take a log.
Send back the log and wait for a newly revised map
Rinse and repeat until we are done with all the steps and the car is tuned!

2. How long does an E-Tune take?

It depends on the both of us. Most single map etune's with no issues can take anywhere from 5-10 maps. Flex/Dual maps can take 7-15 maps. I try to get at least 1-2 maps out a day, Monday-Friday and sometimes Saturday and Sunday. Some customers get 3-4 maps a day.

3. What time limit do I have to complete the tune?

I give customers 1 month to complete the tune. Even if it's coming up in 1 month, that doesn't mean we will stop the tuning process. If I know I've been backed up or the car is having issues, I normally keep going past 1 month. If you start a tune and don't reply or update for a month, that's when that deadline comes into play.

4. When should I order an etune if I'm installing parts soon?

Due to a high volume of customers, please do not wait till the day of installing parts to order. I always suggest ordering days before so you have a base map ready to go.

5. Which tuning service is best for me?

OTS Maps - A map premade for a select mod list. No support/revisions but has been tested in 20+ cars with no issues.

Single Map Etune - A map for one fuel only (91,92,93,94, E30, E60, E85). This is a fully custom tune to make sure the car is dialed in. The tune comes with revisions with support.

Flex/Dual Map Etune - A map that is tuned on two fuels (Normally 91/93 and E60 or E85). This is a fully custom tune to make sure the car is dialed in. The tune comes with revisions

with support.

Retune Etune - A discounted price Etune for returning customers tuned by me only. If you change selected parts on your car, you will need a retune. These parts could be a different intake, oem downpipe to aftermarket, new turbo, fmic/tmic.
